I have two spoons and a bead buddy, soaped it all down every time I get pretty close and wedge over a section the other side starts popping out. I had the same issues with a set of ITP quadcross tires. I used tire grease fairly liberally for mounting but a couple tires didn't quite seat all the way on to the wheel. Tire Bead Won't Seal... Grrr, this thing is starting to irritate me! I really think some soapy water and airing them things up good will fix your problem. Its not like its gonna be in there for awhile, its like seconds. Whacked it with the bead blaster, and got 3/4 of the bead to seat. Tod break them back down and use WD40 or some slimy soapy water about 50/50 mix on soap and should seat....
