The Uinta County Conservation District rules follow the National Association of Conservation Districts (NACD) rules (for complete NACD rules visit). Individual posters will be judged at the local level over the summer. These students received awards and were recognized at a luncheon at the Wyoming Association of Conservation District's (WACD) annual meeting in December in Casper.
