Aeromotive Fuel Pressure Regulator Won't Adjust Temp
NJs Honda Killa: If you drastically increase the ammount of air flow in your engine, extra fuel MAY be needed. I need a fuel system that can run high base fuel pressure between 70-120 PSI continuous. Other than my car runs like **** and is way rich on PFC basemap with 550/1600 set up with a supra pump. Clamps provided for leakage-proof hose connection. 732-742-8837. i planed to buy it but i dont have it yet, id also like to know if anybody got it installed. This is highest amongst all the competitors and suits the performance-hungry consumers. The regulator body is made up of aluminum with a built-in diaphragm. Either inlet may be used with a single fuel rail engine, both inlets with dual fuel rail engines. So, for example, when the vacuum gauge reads 10"HG, with the engine at idle, fuel pressure will drop 1/2 of that or 5 PSI. The customized pressure regulator market is full of better alternatives than your car's stock regulator. The pressure can be set between 1 to 5 psi with an additional limit of 7 psi. In such case a higher flowing aftermarket FPR is the solution.

Such alternatives from different manufacturers were discussed earlier along with their detailed specifications. The important factor of any fuel pressure regulator is the pressure it can provide. It's all related to manifold pressure/vacuum. 1:1 FPRs are just a valve with a vacuum chamber. Line off the frp on the 02 rail and just used an adjustable fpr on the return line. Steel clips provided for leakage-proof connection with a fuel hose.

One gauge port of standard ⅛ inch size is also provided to fit the pressure gauge for the maintenance process. Location: NewportVehicle: 2012 STI sedan. 3rdly i checked the spring which was fine. By discussing the above-mentioned factors, an ideal fuel pressure regulator can be bought. Adjustable fuel pressure setting from 20 psi to the maximum limit of the connected fuel pump. For high performance applications, most prefer to replace the stock "returnless" fuel rail with an Aeromotive Billet Fuel Rail.

2eighTZ4me
OK - finally got the beast started last night. NOTE: The ratio of 1:1 is measured in PSI. That part can't cost them $10 dollars. Just call aeromotive and see what they say? What fuel pressure is normal??? What Aeromotive regulator can I use, and is there an electric pump you would recommend? The body of this pressure regulator is made up of aluminum and hence offers good strength to the body. But still had the same problem. These allow standard fitting of the hose and pressure gauge.
I've checked every vacuum port, all fuel fittings, everything seems fine. No visible fluid leaks anywhere. What is the problem? The regulator wouldn't lower anywhere past 9PSI. Steady flow delivery at high speed of the engine.
