Me reading this book and hunting for something other than whiny flat characters who say they can do magic but can't use their brains for shit. Series: These Witches Don't Burn #1. They met in the original town of Rockton. I know its made up and all a figment of the authors imagination but the reason that it made me sad is because well, the bad guys want them dead because of their powers. The cover does not match the story at all. Although at its heart, a witchy story, this YA Contemporary offers up a lot more by way of teens struggling with relationships and identity. But still... i gave you the gist of it all.

I love that the world in the book is more open and better at accepting something perceived as 'different'. He also says that they have a drug to make them human again, but it is still not complete. And it turns out that Morgan was able to piece it together that Han was a witch herself because she was doing a very horrible job of hiding her powers. Morgan: Her character has a lot of promise. We can't call it insta-love (more like insta-crush), which is justified by a major extent in the story. I felt like it was what made the story unique and more than just witches and a basic romance. Its small but it means a lot because we've gone on so long assuming. Lily hasn't always had it easy, but that's never stopped her from working hard for the life she wants. White nationalist Alfred Xavier Quiller has been accused of murder and the sale of sensitive information to the Russians. I really wish he wasn't terrible, but he was terrible.

Like the parents of the female best friend that seem strange and uncomfortable around her. Veronica continues to pursue Hannah despite Hannah showing no interest. Narrated by: Olivia Song. For me, the book had all elements that would make it a great story.

The coven comes together and announces that Witch Hunters are back and that Detective Archer is an agent for the Council who rules all the covens and that they are tracking the Hunters. Written by: Louise Penny. I still liked the book, and in some ways, it was actually easier for me to read because I thought it to be just an entertaining book. Is it really Pride month if you don't read a gay witch book? I was still shocked by some reveals in the book, though! She also breaks the stereotype in a way in the book (avoiding spoilers).
Not mad at all that i caught on. Those who don't want to focus on a specific theme/ trope will love this book. Benton is another class mate who at the bonfire had actually asked Hannah out even though he knew she is a lesbian. Not overly dramatic. Besides the lesbian and bi rep, there is a trans male side character who dates men, and an older f/f couple who are expecting a baby. Written by: Lilian Nattel. Insightful, detailed, honest, beautifully written. Hannah, the main character, just seems to complain a lot. I hope her leg heals. The Lost Coast by A. R. Capetta. How often does that happen?
And the magic system is explained in an extremely easy to understand manner.
