He also was a truck driver for 27 years and had been in maintenance at the Lake Cumberland District Heath Department. Don was a retired math teacher for the McCreary County School System, and member of the Eagle Creek United Baptist Church, and had been in the US Army. He was a strong man of faith and was highly respected. Graveside services were held on Monday, March 25, 2019 at 2:00 pm at the Lower Hickory Grove Cemetery with full Military Honors. Debbie provided a loving home for her family as a homemaker. The family will receive friends after 11am Wednesday at the funeral home. Richard was employed as a fabricator for the company Qualex.
