Please note that the hoses are intended to be cut to fit. That looks just like the heater shut off on an LLV, the small postal trucks that I work on every day. From what Ive read is the best routing is for it to have a path to the radiator with constant coolant flow. The radiator hoses are intended to be used with an LSA style Water Pump with it's downward angled thermostat housing and drivers side upper hose outlet. Any air that enters the system can get trapped, forming bubbles in the coolant. Then, with that done, I would run the upper and lower rad hoses straight with no t-fittings of any kind and just use the rad port for the single overflow line to the reservoir?
