The 20th installment of InLiquid's Signature Summer Event Art for the Cash Poor returns to the Spring Arts District (1003 Buttonwood st) of Callowhill in partnership with Arts + Crafts Holdings for a one-day, outdoor-only, art festival on the parking lot next to Love City Brewery, just behind Union Transfer.
